- and future modules or enhancements
1. Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to SMURPS and its operating entity.
- “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any person or organisation using the Website or Services.
- “Platform” refers to the full suite of SMURPS modules.
- “Content” means all information, text, images, code, dashboards, and materials accessible via SMURPS.
2. Scope of Use
2.1 You may access the Website and Platform for lawful, authorised purposes only.
2.2 You must not misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access or disrupting system operations.
2.3 You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform unless explicitly permitted.

3.1 Some modules (ERP, Analytics, Hello, Squire, VOISE) require user accounts.
3.2 You must safeguard your credentials.
3.3 We may suspend accounts that compromise security or violate Terms.
4. Platform Modules & Behaviour
The Platform includes ERP, Analytics, Mobile Apps, Hello (AI), Squire (AI knowledge assistant), e-Invoicing, VOISE Middleware, and Autonobots automation engines. Modules may be enhanced, modified, or discontinued at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, algorithms, and Content belong to Strella Consulting Sdn Bhd. You receive a limited licence for internal business use only.
6. Data Protection & User Information
Your usage is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your data.
7. AI Features & Limitations
Some modules use AI. Outputs may contain inaccuracies. SMURPS is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.
8. Third-Party Integrations
SMURPS may integrate with services such as Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, LHDN MyInvois, and others. We are not responsible for changes or failures of third-party systems.
9. Fees, Subscription, and Billing
Some systems and modules require paid subscriptions. Non-payment may result in suspension. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Limitation of Liability
SMURPS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate Terms or compromise security.
